How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped within 72h after the order confirmation. We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way to you!

You'll get your order within 2-5 business days after shipping if you’re based in Europe, and 7-14 business days if you’re based elsewhere.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to the European Union countries members, the United States and Australia 🇪🇺🇺🇸🇦🇺

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If ordered a box, all skincare items must have been kept sealed and in their original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@gloweastbox.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
